Yes, this project is duly approved by Punjab Government. It is planned according to the PUDA rules for developing a residential neighborhood, providing all the facilities, such as water, sewerage, open spaces, roads and parks, etc. All the plans have been sanctioned and finalized.
We offer assigned parking under the stilt, and lots of open parking. We provide more parking for two and four wheelers than a typical neighborhood. We have 60’ access street approaching the complex, and 35’ streets all around the towers. There is a 55' municipal road on the west side of the complex. Mobility and parking in the neighborhood is not going to be an issue. Please refer to the site plan in media gallery to view the open space, roads and parks for this project.
